Using the worksheet provided, calculate the amount of eligible expenses you plan to have for your plan year. Remember expenses have to occur during the plan year. Once you have calculated the amount of eligible expenses you plan to have, complete the enrollment process using paper enrollment.

You can now begin to pay for eligible expenses on a pre-tax basis. You may check the status of your account 24 hours a day by going to the Your Account portion of our website.
